No. Our beanies are designed for maximum comfort. We use high-quality merino wool, which is known for its incredibly fine fibers that are soft against the skin and non-irritating.

What materials are VAI-KO beanies made from?

Our beanies are crafted from either 100% merino wool or 100% recycled wool. Both materials are chosen for their exceptional warmth, durability, and natural properties, ensuring a comfortable and long-lasting fit.

Are VAI-KO beanies sustainable?

Yes, sustainability is at the core of our brand. We use either merino wool or recycled wool in our beanies.

Our recycled wool beanies are made from repurposed wool fibers, giving them new life and helping to reduce textile waste. Wool itself is a natural, renewable, and biodegradable fiber.

For our other beanies, we use GOTS-certified organic merino wool. This wool is mulesing-free and farmed with respect for animal rights.
